Is MSPmedia a real company/publisher?
MSPmedia, originally just Mama Specific Productions, was founded in August 2000 by Trula and her husband Brian, and registered in the state of Ohio, USA. The company is now exclusively owned and managed by Trula. Brian still helps a lot. The publisher ID for ISBN purposes is 0-9749480.

How do I order a book?
Find the book, zine, video, or other product you are looking for. Once you are on the page of the product you would like to purchase click the “Add to Cart” button. You can continue adding stuff to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out, at which point you can click the “Check Out” button on the shopping cart and finish processing your order. You can pay online via Paypal or credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, and Debit Cards) or pay by mail with a check or money order.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes, I offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products as long as you return in good (gently used, don’t return my stuff all torn up) condition.

How do I read samples/excerpts of the books?
Each book page will have excerpts posted, please check back soon.

What if I don’t want to give my credit card over the Internet?
That’s fine, the payment processing system I use is paypal. You can set up a paypal account and pay that way. You can also mail in an order by printing up the mail-order form, filling it out, and mailing it to me with your payment.

Where can I buy your books, magazine, etc offline?
You can help get my books and stuff stocked in your favorite bookstore by asking them to order from me, and/or by emailing the contact information of your local bookstore to me. I am working on distribution so my books will be in stores soon.

When will your books/videos be out?
The mama books are out and released in 2007, my first children’s books
will be available as ebooks December 2008 and in print September 2009. You can check my calendar for 2009 publications & production schedule.

I’m a retailer and want to sell MSPmedia stuff in my store. How do I do this?

Are back issues of your zines available?
Right now, no. Once I sell out my previous policy has been not to print any more. However in 2009 I will have back issues available of some issues, please check back then.

Where is your physical location?
In northeast Ohio. Currently I work primarily from home but I also work out of my used bookstore in Elyria, Ohio.

Are you hiring/do you pay for submissions?
Right now I am not hiring. I do, however, need freelance writing and yes I pay for submissions, it varies but is typically $25 for zine submissions and $100 for book submissions.
