Forcing Myself to Exercise Today

I really don't want to exercise today. at all. I havent even done yoga yet, and as you know I do yoga every morning. I just feel kind of apathetic about exercising today. I'll get over it.

Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Walk 2 miles after dinner
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 151 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds

So I Missed the Cleveland Marathon

Boo hiss! I missed the last minute sign-up day. I know, I know, why did I wait until the last minute. In retrospect I have been so busy getting stuff ready for my bookstore it's no surprise I forget about it. Oh well. There are a couple of smaller, local races in June & July, I will do those. I've also been overeating, not watching my portions and eating junk food. So I've gained a few pounds back. Egads! I will force myself to post here daily, it really helps keep me on track.

Day 108 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training

5-mile run today, and drinking lots of water. I feel prepared for the half-marathon, but get kinda nervous thinking about it. *breathe*

Day 107 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training

Having major body angst today. I am so bottom-heavy! All my extra weight is in my thighs and bottom. I feel sandbagged when running. It's really aggravating me.

Day 103 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training

The half-marathon is on May 18th, so at this point I should be doing a 10-mile run at least once a week. I crashed out after a 5-mile run today. Well not really crashed, just irritated by the rain. It's been raining a lot here the past few days. I don't mind the rain, it's good for garden & such, but running in it! aaaaaaa
