One Of My Typical No-Salt Meals

I am getting adjusted to eating low salt. It's making me really taste food. Instead of food tasting bland without salt I'm able to pick up the nuance of the flavors now. I'm also experimenting around with different herbs and spices.
This is a typical dinner for me now. This is rice, turnip greens (from the garden) and eggs scrambled in a little water w/diced garlic. Yummy!

I use the mess out of herbs. I'm trying the low salt routine, but dang it's hard. I'm a college student, and I can't cook in the dorms. We have a microwave. I was wondering if there was anyway you can come up with some healthy meals I can make in the microwave. I need to keep up the healthy lifestyle once school starts.
