What To Put In Compost?

I've seen on various sites people talking about how to compost, and I swear some people act like it is rocket science. It is not that serious. I throw most of our kitchen waste in there; veggie, grain, fruit waste, plate scrapings. You can also put in toilet paper rolls, b&w newspaper (and color if your local paper use soy-based inks), paper bags, leaves, grass, so much stuff! almost any organic garbage not animal flesh.
