Nice Cool Day for Running
We had a nice rain last night that really cooled things down. My run was ok. I really don't like running in the rain but it was just a sprinkle this morning. I am such a whiner sometimes...yesterday it was too hot, now it's too wet. I need to get over myself LOL. Already had a big breakfast, I ate way too much. Will have to really watch it for the rest of the day.
Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 2 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined (except at breakfast apparently)
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 152 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
