Day 108 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training
5-mile run today, and drinking lots of water. I feel prepared for the half-marathon, but get kinda nervous thinking about it. *breathe*
Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 10 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 146 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds

Trula, I just want to say your journey has truly inspired me. You seem so positive and determined that there could be no other result but reaching whatever goals you set. I'm going to refer to this blog often for inspiration in my own weight loss journey. I just wanted to let you know I'm glad you created this blog.
