Day 107 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training
Having major body angst today. I am so bottom-heavy! All my extra weight is in my thighs and bottom. I feel sandbagged when running. It's really aggravating me.
Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 10 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 146 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
