Day 75 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training
I have come to the conclusion that my body cannot handle salt very well. I swell up like a water balloon when I go over a low-salt diet, for example just from eating regular potato chips. This week I'm going to try no processed sugar and no salt. This means I will most likely consume mostly raw foods, as most cooked food I tend to want to add salt.
This week really time-pressed for running, but will run at least 2 miles daily. Aiming for a 5miler on Friday, but we'll see. The weather has made a turn for the better so no more treadmill running for me henceforth. I can run outdoors, yay!
Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 2 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Food cut-off time: 7pm
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 148 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
