Day 2 Cleveland Marathon 2008 Training
Today was Day 2 of my training for half-marathon. Sunday so another 5-miler, yes! My 13-year-old son went with me on my run, that was such a treat. The run today was harder in some ways, but easier in others. Running with him showed me the work I need to do. He's like a gazelle! I can't remember being that swift and light of foot, but maybe I was at that age, LOL.
Today’s Health Goals:
Run 5 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 137.5 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 138 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
