Last of Carrots November 29th 2007

I dug up the last of the carrots today, the remaining things in my garden. I actually forgot they were still in there, LOL. Today the temperature is supposed to go below freezing so I thought I'd get them out before the ground got hard. The ground was actually pretty soft still; I had no problems digging them up. I ended up with 2 big bags so we will have home-grown organic carrots for awhile, at least till the end of the year.
