If You Ran the World

The million dollar post got me thinking:

If you ran the world, what changes would you make?
free food, education and health care for everyone! and I'd put a cap on personal income, like the most anybody could make would be a quarter million dollars a year. Any excess would go into the general fund for everyone to have free food, education and health care. This would cause people to seek to do what makes them happy in life rather than how it is now, where most folks work for the money and to support their families. And there would truly be choice for people to do whatever they wanted. For example now most people in the states who become doctors or lawyers or other type of profession tend to come from certain backgrounds of education and other privilege. It's very hard for people without those backgrounds to even go to college let alone break into high-paying professional fields.
