Are You Thriving?
I am always growing and changing and learning as I grow. Thriving can be a painful and scary experience because it can mean cutting off the dead weight in your life, or forcing your mind to consider new ideas and ways of being, or even finally, finally, picking off the old scabs of ancient wounds. But it is always worth it. One of my greatest fears is a stagnant life. I want a life filled with freshness, joy, and hope, and that's what I strive for. I learned long ago that happiness is a choice. I choose to be happy and with that comes thriving.

no I am not thriving. I am not even sure how to go about doing this.
Hi anonymous, sorry about the late reply. The way I got started was to clarify what thriving meant for me and go from there.
I am going to do another blog post on how to thrive in January, stay tuned :)
