25 Week Fitness Challenge: Week 25, Day 171

It's the first day of summer! and midweek through my last week of the fitness challenge. Weighed in this morning at 148! I finally cracked the 150 barrier last weekend, but forgot to post. I'm going to start posting in the morning because if I leave it until the end of the day, I either forget or I'm too busy.

I'm actually posting this from my phone, I'm in the lobby at the Y! I'm about to wear this machine out, you hear me? LOL!

Today's Goals:
30 minutes yoga
45 minutes elliptical
20 minutes weight training
120 oz. water
One serving meals, No seconds
Raw veggies for snacks, Raw fruit for dessert
Brush and floss after every meal
Bedtime when sleepy, Wakeup 5am
Weight loss so far - 62 pounds
