20 Week Fitness Challenge: Week 8, Day 49
Weighed in this morning at 186! after a busy busy weekend. I have a busy busy week including today and I am looking forward to bedtime already. I was up late last night working on some things and tonight's going to be another late night, bleh. I told Mercury Man I couldn't wait to get to bed and he got all steamy and twinkly-eyed. I had to tell him right quick No, I don't mean that!! I mean I am looking forward to having a good night's rest. He said Oh. LOL!
Going to the Y later and doing the elliptical and treadmill, I have to miss the spinning class because I won't be done with work then.
Today's Goals:
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes elliptical
30 minutes treadmill
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies & nuts for snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 11pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss so far - 24 pounds
