20 Week Fitness Challenge, Week 7, Day 45

It's not even 11am, and I feel like I have put in a full day already, whew! The kids are home again today, school is off still because of the weather. Funness!

Later we're going to the Y. I weighed in this morning at 187.5!! Meals today:

Breakfast - oatmeal with apple, water

snack - cucumber & celery slices, water

Lunch - seasoned red beans & a baked potato, kale, water

snack - carrots, water

Dinner - chickpeas, rice, cornbread, salad, vegetable soup, water

dessert - pink grapefruit, water

Today's Goals:
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes spinning class
30 minutes treadmill at 4.3mph
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far - 22.5 pounds
Fitness Pics - 20 pounds gone!
