20 Week Fitness Challenge Week 6, Day 39
Busy day for me, actually this whole week has been very busy. I'll get a break on Sunday then another busy week begins.
Weighed in this morning at 191 pounds. By Sunday I should be out of the 190s!! This is so exciting to me. Pschologically it's a big boost because my first 20 pound chunk will be gone. Having 60 pounds to lose feels so much more doable than having 80 pounds to lose! But having 20 really feels doable, so I'm breaking my initial 80 pound goal into 20 pound chunks. Soon my first 20 will be done, 3 more to go!
I wanted to go to a spinning class at 6 but Mercury Man has an after school meetup at this teacher bar. He is trying to be more social and I encourage him to go places like this without me, get out more, socialize. Then he has to go to the store. By the time he gets home it'll be 6ish, so even if I left right away I would get to the Y 615, 620. So I'm just gonna go after dinner. Speaking of which, it's tofu stirfry night!! Yum yum yum.
Today's Goals:
45 minutes elliptical
30 minutes treadmill
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 11pm/ Wakeup 730am
Weightloss so far: 19 pounds
