20 Week Fitness Challenge Week 6, Day 35
Last week of the challenge! I lost 4 pounds last week, woooot. I'm now at 193.5, so I would like to lose 3-4 pounds this week to put me under 190. Good-bye 190s, hope you don't stay too long! LOL
The kids are home today, all the schools are shut down today because it's so cold. Even Mercury Man's school is closed! The school system he teaches in hardly ever calls off school because of the weather. I'm glad because I have a dr. appt. later and I was not looking forward to having to drive him to work and all.
I'm going to the Y tonight and doing the hour-long cycling class again, woooot! and then bust out the treadmill for 30 minutes at 4.2 miles an hour. I can walk a 12-minute mile/ 5mph on the street or track, but on a treadmill when I set it at 5mph I can't do it, go figure. So I'm going to try working my way up to it. Last week I set the treadmill at 4.1mph, this week 4.2, next week 4.3, and so on.
It's very bright out today so I'm going to try a quick mile walk outside and get some sunlight. I think with my snowsuit on and face mask and hat and hood and the rest of all my winter gear I should be ok. The kids are like, don't do it mom! You'll freeze! and so on, but I figure if the mail carriers are out and about I'll be ok. The rest of my steps wil be indoors.
Today's Goals:
60 minutes spinning class
30 minutes treadmill
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss so far - 16.5 pounds
