20-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 5, Day 28

Monday

The question of the day is: Have you changed any of your goals? Do you need to?

I haven't made any changes with any of my goals and I have been doing good sticking to them. I have been exercising everyday and going to the Y at least 4 times a week. I have been doing great with food, I only had seconds once during all this time, and I stopped myself.

I'm switching my Sunday cycling day to Monday as the boys have wrestling meets on Sundays till March. The class on Monday evenings is an hour long, though, 15 minutes more of torture than I previously had, LOL. But I can do it! and that's more calories burned. Then I'm going to hit the treadmill for a half hour, then go home.. While I am at the Y, my sons will be at wrestling practice (Mercury Man stays with them) and my daughter at drama club rehearsing a play. Tomorrow they go over my in-laws after school, but maybe Wednesday we'll all be able to go the Y during Family Swim time.

I still have to do my morning walk of 2 miles/4000+ steps, I'm going to do that in a minute. Then finish the rest on the treadmill at the Y and my walk after dinner. We have lots of snow! So I will be all bundled up, but getting lots of sunlight. It's one of those bright, crisp winter mornings here.

Ooooh, now that I think on it, I have been drinking way more water than I goaled for, over 100 oz. a day instead of 80. I go through nearly a 60 oz. bottle of water just during an elliptical set alone!! so I will change that.

1 hour spinning class
1/2 hour treadmill
12,000 steps
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
120 oz. of water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weight loss by day 28 - 13 pounds
