20-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 3, Day 17

Going to the Y tonight for my spinning class, yay! I can't believe I am looking forward to it now, given how hard the first class was.

I lost 2 more pounds!! I now weigh 201, at the start of this challenge I weighed 210 (I gained a lot of weight last year, a LOT). I am so excited, I feel like the weight is melting off me. I told Mercury Man we had to take pics soon because in just a short time all the 'evidence' will be gone, LOL.

By Saturday I will be under 200 pounds. I am thrilled. at this rate I will be at my goal weight by May. 130 pounds by May!

rhythmsmama asked yesterday what we were all gonna do to celebrate after reaching our goals, and I meant to answer that. I'm gonna buy some running shoes and take up running again. I miss it but my knees couldn't handle running with 80 pounds of excess weight.

Today's Goals
Spinning class 45 minutes
1/2 hour treadmill
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
10 cups water, 8 oz each
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit dessert
Bedtime 10pm
weight loss by day 17 - 9 pounds
