20 - Week Fitness Challenge: Week 2, Day 7
It has gotten much easier to resist late-night snacking. Redirecting my behavior, doing something else has been extremely helpful. and having my emergency carrots to fall back on if I feel like I have to eat something helps so much.
For breakfast I usually have oatmeal with cut apples or raspberries. It is getting a little hard because oatmeal is one of those foods that is delicious hot, but gets lumpy and sticky as it cools. I like my food not so hot. oh well! I am learning. Smiling
Exercise has gotten easier. I went to spinning class yesterday and it was actually easier even though my legs were still sore. Today I am doing walking and yoga, and since I'll be at home it will be a little harder to push myself to walk as quickly as I need to without the treadmill settings.
Today's Goals:
Walk 12,000 steps
Yoga 1/2 hour
Drink 10 cups water
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
One serving meals - no seconds
week 1 weight loss: 3 lbs.
